Crisis Call Center's 24-hour crisis line is to provide a safe, non-judgmental source of support for individuals in any type of crisis. Low-Income Home Energy Assistance
Known locally as fuel assistance, this program helps income eligible households with their home energy bills. Assistance may include bill payment assistance, emergency assistance and energy related home repairs – fixing or replacing furnaces for those families that own their home.
